This guide presents an overview of using the HPC systems at Princeton. Specifically, it explains how to use Nobel, Adroit, Perseus, Tiger and Traverse. The visualization machine and storage system is also covered.
This workshop assumes that you have some knowledge of Linux and the Bash command line. To learn these skills see this guide.
In particular, you should be able to edit basic files on Adroit. A simple text editor for this purpose found on almost all Linux systems is nano.
If you encounter any difficulties with getting started on the HPC clusters then please send an email to cses@princeton.edu or attend a help session.
