Final project for the course Getting and Cleaning Data This repo including two files:
- run_analysis.R: A script can be used to download a zipped file from http://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/Human+Activity+Recognition+Using+Smartphones . Then unzip the file to your current woking directory and create a new tidy dataset by combine training and testing datasets and extracts only the measurements on the mean and standard deviation for each measurement. Keep rows which are the average of each variable for each activity and each subject. Then output the new dataset into your current working directory in txt format named All_tidy.txt.
- All_tidy_Codebook.txt: the codebook for the newly created dataset All_tidy.txt
