This should help you open an OAB file and extract the information that you want, but is in no way an exhaustive nor professional solution.
Note that the conversion is a bit scuffed, leaving some fields raw, and some as bits.
Install python, jupyter and tqdm. Usually installed by default in Google Collab.
Drop your udetails.oab
file in the root of the notebook and run.
You should get your converted OAB file as converted.csv

The OAB format is a proprietary way that Outlook uses to store an offline, less featured copy of the Global Address List.
If you want to backup your contacts from you Exchange Outlook account, you’re probably better looking into how to export the GAL directly.
