report.pdf is our final report document generated by CTeX.

codes is the folder containing all MATLAB codes I used for simulation, where MATLAB Codes Set.pdf is an overall view.

supplimentary materials is the folder containing generated pictures (eps format and also pdf privided)

What we've done

Since this is a course project for undergraduates, we simply investigated how a general incidence rate and recovery rate works for an SIR model. By basic ideas and simple methods, we got some consitions for our modified model when its equilibriums are attracting. The model is showing below:

I don't wanna show the results here but put that in our report.

MATLAB on Windows needed.
