Fix USS classes and tooltips for complex port types

Collections generate garbage USS classes like: type-System-Collections-Generic-List'1[[System-Single, mscorlib, Ver... etc. Need a better implementation.
The fix will probably be in PortView.AddTypeClasses and PortView.PortView when setting the tooltip.
