Provide an install target

The current CMakeLists.txt does not provide any install target, which makes it difficult to install GLUS system-wide and hence to use the library in various project.
If the maintainer has interest for this feature, I can submit a PR.

I am thinking about restructuring the repositories, that each package only appears once. After that, I will consider your pull request. Also, I will recheck it, if it can be extended running on other platforms. I will close this issue, as you already submitted a pull request. THe pull request I will keep open.
