Ideas to avoid hitting CircleCI free plan resources limitations:

  • Optimize docker building. Maybe use docker layer caching?
  • When #148 will be implemented, remove nipype folder from artifacts and keep only pymialsrtk final derivatives? persist_to_workspace tags
  • Scale resource_classe used in each job.
