RFE: Increased visibility of artillery barrages

During Joker's stream a player missed an artillery barrage marker and moved adjacent to it because the artillery marker was hidden behind the various yellow and red text on the mek. This RFE is a simple stand in RFE for ideas relative to the overall improvement of artillery identification [similar to Sleet's identifiers for bombs].

First simple solution would be to have the artillery arrow just on the most forward layer at all times. Kinda hard to miss a big orange arrow XD.

The less simple solution would be to use a system similar to ECM of having the hexes lit up barely to show that there is something incoming. But that is definitely far more difficult.

Adding to this request, I was playing with Princess controlled friendly offboard artillery.

It would be a nice improvement to see the current round artillery markers a different color than future round markers to make it clear which hexes are an immediate threat.
