The image is meant to be used for development and in the GitLab CI. The image is 'only' 4.23GB big. It includes the Zephyr arm toolchain and Zephyr itself. To reduce the size I removed tensorflow and the hal for espressif, silabs and stm32 SoCs. For programming and debugging nrfjprog and JLink is included in the image.
