A ReSharper test runner plugin for the Fixie Unit Test framework.
A MyGet feed for prerelease is available at https://www.myget.org/F/resharperfixierunner-pre/
To use this feed, in ReSharper Options select Extension Manager, add a feed, give it a useful name and use the above URL.
Go back to the Extension Manager and the feed should be available.
Make sure you select 'Include Prerelease' or the package won't appear.
