This repository contains the tool used for my bachelor thesis. It does a down sampling of the data for lower latency while exploring. The data are HDF5 files from FLASH3, a simulation project.
This repository does NOT contain any data used for this due copyright infringements.
###Usage
mvn packagpackage -Dmaven.test.skip=true- Copy the *-shaded.jar AND the jhdf.dll and jdhf5.dll to you dir and execute the jar
