Thanks for joining us for GitHub Satellite 2020, a free virtual event featuring developers working together on the world’s software, announcements from the GitHub team, and inspiring performances by artists who code.
Join us and watch the live stream here. All of the sessions will be available on demand after the event.
We've enabled our new Discussions beta on this repository for you to ask questions about each session. Engineering teams and GitHub experts across the world will be online during each of the sessions.
Head to the Discussions tab to take part! You can find a thread for each session happening today - look out for the one marked with a 🔴 to find the session currently being live-streamed. We'll be enabling discussions at the start of each session.
As well as the Hubbers answering questions online, during each session, your hosts will be picking questions from the discussions thread to ask the presenter as part of the live-stream so please do join in!
Remember though, we want to keep the discussions area a friendly and welcoming place for everyone taking part in the event, and focused specifically and solely on the topic(s) for each session. Therefore please respect the event code of conduct and be awesome to each other.
All the session recordings will be available after the event. The discussion area will be for live interaction and Q&A for session themes and topics. We aim to do our best to answer most questions but it's possible not all questions will get answered. We will then be locking the discussions to make them read-only after each session, but we will leave them available as an archive so you'll still be able to refer back.
