When building frames it's often useful to use a jig. This frame_jig is designed to streamline the processing of multiple datafiles into a single dataframe.
The class DFBuilder stores parameters commonly used when processing/cleaning csv files. The class method build applies the cleaning steps to multiple files to build a single composite dataframe.
