Bug when overwriting the CSS ID and appending the CSS class

Issue description
If you have created an MM-list as a module and output it as CE, the CSS-ID and -class from the CE-settings are not output in the template.
Currently you have to enter the values in the module.

Checked in Contao 4.9.37 - works fine...
- CE override the CSS-ID
- CE add CSS-Class at Module CSS-Class
