运行环境

    (2)Python3.7
    (4) mne >= 0.17.1
    (5) PyRiemann >= 0.2.5
    (6) scikit-learn >= 0.20.1
    (7) matplotlib >= 2.2.3

原项目说是运行在TensorFlow1.12上面的，但是亲测运行不了，我主要使用TensorFlow2.1.0+Python3.7环境！！！
