Octillect [octopus + intellect] can manage tasks on project level, made for developers, used to plan workflows and organize tasks to keep your teamwork on schedule and track the board's progress. The Application enables teams to collaborate effectively by tracking time of tasks, assigning tasks to specific team members and tagging tasks.
Features
- User can sign in using his unique account and create his own boards or participate in boards he was invited to collaborate into.
- Board creator can add collaborators to his board.
- Any collaborator can add tasks to a board and set its due date, description, title, tag or even assign it to another collaborator(s).
- The assignee is notified when he is assigned to a task.
- A task can have a list of sub-tasks, too.
- Tasks can be filtered by due date or assignee.
- Tasks can also be grouped in a column having a descriptive title.
- Tasks can be dragged from a column and dropped into another.
- Firebase is used as a back end to our app, using firestore online database.
- Integration with GitHub using API.
