This repo contains presentations and assignments for the course "Data analysis and visualization using R". This course is offered to minor students of the Institute of Life Science & Technology of the Hanze University of Applied Science in Groningen, The Netherlands.
This repo contains both presentations and exercises, in different formats: html (ioslides for presentations and single-page html docs for exercises), pdf and Rmd (R markdown). This content is developed for the Bioinformatics curriculum of the Hanze University of Applied Science. Please be polite and acknowledge this when you use any material from this repo.
