This repo contains presentations and assignments for some intro lessons in R offered to Life Science students of the Hanze University of Applied Science in Groningen, The Netherlands.

This repo contains both presentations and exercises, in different formats: html (ioslides for presentations and single-page html docs for exercises), pdf and Rmd (R markdown). Please be polite and acknowledge this when you use any material from this repo.

Creating links to pdf and Rmd files

To create a link to a pdf (or other resource), simply use a link to the "raw" content - e.g.
