Hi Mikkel,
The latest reference genome is EquCab3.0 now. Could you please update the reference panel to EquCab3.0? Thanks a lot!

I also suggest to add the genomes of Equus ovodovi into the reference panel, as they are fundamentally different from horses, asses and zebras. The whole genome of E. ovodovi is published in Preprint (DOI: 10.1101/2021.09.13.460072. It would be useful to identify unknown ancient genomes of Equus.

Hi Miam,

I've started working on updating the reference panel, and possibly include E. ovodovi, but it'll probably take a while since I dont have a huge amount of computing power that can dedicate to the project. I'll get back to you once it is ready.
