🎯 Gameplay
You will get the chance to manage and grow a company with many employees. Hire employees and place them with the right customers. Lead your company to success and achieve 100% customer satisfaction over time and keep for 10 days.
But be warned, employees without orders cost money and satisfaction. You have limited resources and when they are brewed up, your dream of a big company is over.
🕵️♀️ Hidden mechanics
- jobs have prefered skill and the client satisfaction raises with a higher value for that on your mascot
- the global client satisfaction is a weighted average of mascot earned client-satisfaction weighted by the number of done jobs
- training raises the skills and lowers the mascots leave risk
- training allows 6 days without the mascot is leaving work
- mascots have different leave and sabatical risks
- mascots illness depends on the reliability
- mascots inital salary deplends on the skillpoints
