Will this work with Navigation2D and TileMap?

Hey there, I'm guessing the answer is no, based on how the tutorial shows one to set up the nav mesh. But Im wondering if this might be doable. I've defined a navigation mesh on the tileset, and then the tilemap functionality lays out the mesh from there. In my game i have players create temporary walls, and realized quickly the AI had no idea
