Fitness Tracker is an application where you can record your exercises and track your progress. It combines the completed exercises for that workout routine. The dashboard presents the total workout time in minutes and the total pounds lifted on that routine.
It is extremely easy to use this application. Simply click on the provided link below to start to use this. The user is going to be presented with the option to create a new workout, then he/she can choose between add a cardio or resistance workout, next fields for the appropriate type of exercises will be displayed where the user can enter the exercise name, duration, if resistance weight, sets, and reps, or if cardio the distance. Click on complete to add that exercise to your tracker. When click on complete, the user is brought to a page presenting the last workout with the total progress. The user can choose between continue workout or start a new workout. On the dashboard you can compare your progress through two graphics one showing the total workout duration in minutes, and one showing the total pounds lifted.
