How to install --------------------------------------------------------------------------- To install, please edit the file "install_vss.csh" edit the first three directories (vmd plugin directory, tcl include file direcotry, tcl library directory) according to your system, e.g. set VMDPLUGINDIR = ~/work/binary/vmd_plugins set TCLINCDIR = /usr/include/tcl8.5 set TCLLIBDIR = /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu then, type ./install_vss.csh This will install vss to your current vmd plugin direcotry (VMDPLUGINDIR). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tutorial ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- A tutorial on how to use vss is provided.
