@tacazares Just in case a user circumvents maxATAC prepare and decides to use normalize on his or her own, let's set the default to min-max, "--max_percentile 99", so that they get the highest quality predictions with trained maxATAC models by default. (Make them work to likely poorer predictions with 100.)
