Application Flow/Class Diagrams

Josh, I know this is assigned to you but it's really assigned to both of us. I just assigned you to make sure you see this. I want us (at least by the middle/middle-end of the semester) to clearly define the structure of our classes. I've already begun the process by making the ModuleManager's relationship with the ControlCenter utilize composition more than it did before (take a look if you haven't). For scalability and making it easier to understand the code in the long run, we need to continue this practice, and diagraming things will help towards that.
