It mainly manages the viewable state of the ScrollView.
By using scrollview_manager, you get:
- Easily access children in viewport.
- Quickly get the index for the first, last, and center position in the viewport.
- You'll get better performance.
- Additional interfaces for retrieving ratios are provided.
