In today's job market, the hiring process can be time-consuming and cumbersome for both the hiring manager and the job applicant. The main goal for Hyre to develop a user-friendly and efficient hiring process that can streamline the HR department's workload and provide a better experience for job applicants. The project aims to integrate the Agora API, which provides video call functionality, to enable remote interviews. Additionally, the project will incorporate automated email responses to provide timely updates to job applicants on their application status, reducing the need for manual communication. The project's ultimate goal is to improve the hiring process's efficiency and effectiveness while reducing the time and resources required to hire the right candidate.
