You can configure any file/program to run on startup
Follow the instructions below 👇
Step 1 - Right click on desktop, click new and click on Shortcut
Step 2 - Paste the location of the file you want to run on startup and create the shortcut
Step 3 - Copy/Cut the shortcut
Step 4 - Open up this folder by pasting this in search bar "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp"
Step 5 - Paste the shortcut here
Now the file/program will run when the computer boots
If you want to test this then you can download the cmd.bat file and paste it in the path I've given above. It will open the command prompt everytime the pc boots
