  This pipeline is tailored to cells in culture that have been infected by lentivirus of short-hairpin constructs (directed to target genes) and further immunostained against different proliferation markers, such as ki67 and PH3. A GFP reporter is used to differentiate the infected and non-infected populations, and ki67 and PH3 are counted withing each cell population. The workflow uses two macros, one for nuclei segmentation and other for cell counting. See instructions.

  This macro helps obtain FRAP measurements on cells where spot-like signals have been bleached. It has been designed for analysing the recovery dnamics of protein condensates that assemble via phase separation.

  This macro divides the cell into rings of identical area that converge towards the nucleus center. The intensity density of the interest signal is then measured per ring and normalized to the total intensity density of the cell. In this manner, the intensity distribution of a target protein can be compared between cells of different shapes and sizes.

  This pipeline calculates the ammount collagen/fibronectin protein contained in fixed tissues stained against validated collagen and fibronectin fluorescent markers. Two macros are included both for quantification and protein amount calibration.
