Momma-Eltala/XEF-encryption

Xef is a 1024 bit file and folder encryption, it is a slow and secure way of protecting files, if you don't need to access files alot and just want to secure it, this is what you want, XEF encryption is Free and open source under the MIT Licenses. please note this is a work in progress

I would like you all to note that this is incomplete for now. i am activitully working on it the best i can, making it assembly is hard, but i like it, this will be done because i generally enjoy coding this, its a fun challenge
