Start without config file (--socket --serial)

I think we should bring back the --socket=127.0.0.1:14550:14551 --serial=/dev/ttyUSB0:57600 syntax.

For quickly setting up a simple forwarder there is no need to use a config file.

Config file handling would remain for more complicated setups.
