Creates a random password with 4 static digit and 4 random digit. The static part of the password is joined randomly at the beginning or at the end of the random part.
For example: Aa@1 is the random part joined with static "MDL_" forming "Aa@1_MDL" or "MDL_Aa@1".
Password Contains at-least one [upper(A-Z), lower(a-z), digit(0-9), special char].
