How to use

import android.graphics.drawable.NinePatchDrawableFactory;

Resources res = getResources();
Bitmap bmp = ...
String srcName = null;

NinePatchDrawable nd = NinePatchDrawableFactory.convertBitmap(res, bmp, srcName);
