DETECTION-OF-LUNG-CANCER-USING-3D-CNNS
made use of a watershed algorithm to create a mask for cancer cells in lung images after pre-processing the data. Segmented images were then fed into three CNN architectures viz. simple 3D ConvNet, 3D VGG and 3D GoogleNet. And the models were compared on the basis of Accuracy, Precision, Recall and F1 scores.
