pygame to play the tracks
mutagen to read the ogg vorbis tags

Shortcuts

Up and Down to select an item
Left and Right to change the volume of the selected track
s to save the current settings
q to quit

The sound files, as well as their licenses and authors are available in the ambientsounds repository.
