Program Description:

This is a program for finding certain files within a directory.

1. User must provide the directory path.
2. After providing the directory path, a list of all available files will be displayed in the terminal.
3. The files are selected via an index. The user will be prompted with this message: "Choose a file," and they must provide a number (0 for the first file, 1 for the second, and so on).
4. The user also has the possibility to search the lines where a specific word can be found.
