1-, 2-, and 3-D visualizations of SNPs and Protein Interaction Data
You can start with the page "1d3d.html?gi=2098266" (e.g., https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Structure/icn3d/1d3d.html?gi=2098266, mouse over SNP position, click "iCn3D" to show the SNP (in red) and its neighboring residues (5 angstrom, in blue) in the 3D viewer iCn3D. In iCn3D, you can click "Export Features" button to add the selected residues as tracks in the Sequence Viewer. We embedded both NCBI Sequence Viewer and NCBI WebGL-based 3D viewer "iCn3D" in the page "1d3d.html". iCn3D was released to GitHub at https://github.com/ncbi/icn3d.NCBI-Hackathons/Structure_Visualization
