Empty `is_unexpected_replicate` column in QC_Report.xlsx

Description

Entries for the is_unexpected_replicate column (column D) are blank in the SUBJECT_QC sheet in the QC_Report.xlsx file.

These entries are also missing from the SAMPLE_CONCORDANCE (column M) and SAMPLE_QC (column X) sheets.


Expected behavior

The is_unexpected_replicate column should display boolean values (True or False).
