In today’s world sentiment analysis can play a vital role in any industry. Classifying tweets, Facebook comments or product reviews using an automated system can save a lot of time and money. The main objectives of our project is to create a model having the best accuracy which using sentiment analysis interprets feedbacks given by customers through product reviews helps companies evaluate how satisfied the customers are with their products/services. So the model helps in classifying the feedbacks provided by the customer as Positive, Negative or Neutral. The understanding of customer behavior and needs on a company’s products and services is vital for organizations. Another important objective is understanding of the dataset. Here we can use Data Visualization and Data Exploration to gain more insights .
