FrebSBS is a tool to review FREB traces from IIS Web Servers that has all needed XSL files included in the tool.
XSL files that can be used are from Windows Server 2008R2 up to 2022.
Its a stand alone exe so you only need to download the Download LatestZIP and extract the exe.
