Solution for SimpleParallelProgrammer on Windows 10
Download the working giveio.sys from www.mikrocontroller.net
and copy install_giveio.bat in the directory as giveio.sys and run it as admin
Tested with avrdude-6.3-mingw32 on windows 10 64-bit
