The repo is split up into 3 parts:

in-out-7-be/ contains the backend code which is to be deployed as a firebase function.
in-out-7-block/ contains the blockchain code which is from hyperledger composer ui.
in-out-7-fe/ contains the front-end code which is written in angular.

Each folder has a -README.md that contains further details and instructions.
