To install required Python libraries, run the following script in a command shell. A previous Python installation is required:
pip install torch numpy pandas scipy tqdm
For a basic run, please use the provided run.sh using bash run.sh in a terminal. Each individual function also has helpers for arguments that can be accessed using python <file.py> -h
