Poe not working

Hey iam desperate. I got a nebra Outdoor which boots witj 2-3 DC.
But the 1-2 PoE Option not.
I checked cable and Adapter (802.3af) and tested successfully with different devices.
Maybe one component is defect. Any help is appreciated.
