@mbrownewu , we're not sure what the issue is. That PDF doesn't require any log-on credentials: it's publicly available and the links resolves fine. Try once more?

Looks like this has to do with my company's SSL Decryption layer at the internet edge... as I was able to get the link to work from my phone. I get this with the SSL Decrypt in play...
