PowerShell script for automating the Upscale of an entire folder using Topaz AI, ffmpeg, mkvtoolnix, mediaInfo, VapourSynth, and Hybrid
Currently, this is Windows-only, though I may make it work for macOS later.
You will need an active license to Topaz Video AI.
