This is a weather assistant built with RASA NLU which is an open source machine learning framework for conversational AI. RASA Open Source and Telegram made it possible to build a chat interface for the API supplying the weather data. Rasa Open Source was used to recognize entities like country and city and for dialogue management.
The assistant is capable of providing real-time weather data for popular countries or cities across the globe.
