Cannot see handle on screen

I tried your code but i can't see my handle on screen.
Do i ned to customize anything more than your example?

I want to support from 4.0 +

Have you tried setting vertical position? Using setVerticalTopOffset(int
topInPercentage)? I didn't have time to work on this. Try this and check
for updates.
