📢 This repository is only for reports about public projects that are funded via the Treasury. You can find the evaluations of the grant projects here.
This repository is a place to publish reports on technical projects funded by the Polkadot and Kusama Treasury. The goal is to establish a transparent and objective reporting system that helps the community to make educated decisions about these projects and their progress.
The repo is based on the Grant Milestone Delivery repository and it’s encouraged to publish the reports not only as part of the repository but also on various community sides. However, Git helps to work together on the reports in a fully transparent way that let you easily track all the changes and edits.
Reports need to:
- be based on the report-template
- be fact-based and as objective as possible
- contain no recommendations regarding potential funding decision
- list all promised deliveries
The committee consists of individuals who have experience in the Polkadot ecosystem, and part of them are also members of the Web3 Foundation Grants team. The committee is responsible for reviewing the reports and making sure that they are in line with the guidelines.
In cases where a niche expert opinion is desirable, one of the committee members may request such a review.

). If you're using the GitHub web interface, you will need to create a new file and copy the contents of the template inside the new one. Make sure you do not modify the template file directly. - Fill out the template with the details of your report, including all deliverables as listed in the treasury proposal.
- Name the file
project_name-your_name.md
- Create a pull request and fill out the comment template.
