Quantize not moving to expected point - Jumps to the right

In the above image the bottom right point is not currently on the grid. I've colored the center of the point red for clarity, with it being just slightly up and to the right of the closest grid point.

When I select quantize, you can see that the point quantizes to a point which is not the closest grid point, but instead to next right most point. This seems to only happen when a point is slightly to the right of a grid point. Going above or below seems to act as you would expect, but left and right it seems jump to the right if possible.
